About Us

The Duvall Highlands Mobile Home Park is a manufactured housing community, located in scenic Duvall, Washington located on the eastside of Lake Washington, just minutes from Bellevue and Seattle. It has 151 spaces, a clubhouse/office, 2 storage lots, and 2 open recreational areas for local children to play. Duvall Highlands is a tight-knit community that is close to area employment, education, shopping, recreation, and entertainment. It is the largest manufactured housing community located in Duvall.

The Duvall Highlands Homeowners Association was created in 1992 in an effort to promote goodwill, a sense of community, pride in ownership, and neighbor-hood among the residents of the Duvall Highlands Mobile Home Park. The incorporation of the association lapsed due to changes in residency and was reorganized and re-incorporated in early 2002. The Duvall Highlands Homeowners Association is devoted to working together with the park residents, management, and the park owner to maintain the overall quality of the park and assist in making the park a tight-knit, caring community. The primary goal of the Duvall Highlands Homeowners Association is to organize the park residents into a cooperative of shareholders to create a park purchase proposal to submit to the present owner of the Duvall Highlands Mobile Home Park in an effort to one day be able to purchase the park from the present owner, should the current owner make the park available for purchase.

In addition to working with the applicable agencies to create a proposal to possibly purchase the park, the homeowners association also sponsors neighborhood activities, arranges group discount purchases, participates in fund raising programs, promotes neighborhood beautification, and provides information regarding homeowner interests.
