Membership

The Duvall Highlands Homeowners Association extends its membership to any home owner in the Duvall Highlands Mobile Home Park that is of legal age and resides within the boundaries of the park. Membership is optional but is required to take part in any future plans to purchase the Duvall Highlands Mobile Home Park as a cooperative. Membership dues are $20.00 annually, to be paid in full at time of application, or half down balance due in thirty days. Dues are to be used by the association to further the causes as set forth in the bylaws.
