CommunityThis page has been added to the website to announce items of special interest, discuss areas of concern, and to highlight areas of community pride. The association would like to offer congratulations and thanks to the residents that cleaned up the planter in the middle of the first cul-de-sac on the left as you enter the park. The few residents noticed that the planter was neglected and were concerned about neighboring children becoming injured while playing in the area, so the residents obtained park approval and cleaned out the planter entirely (and at their own expense). The residents that cleaned out the planter are now in the process of carefully obtaining appropriate materials to place in the planter for the entire neighborhood to enjoy. The association would like to recognize those individuals for their community involvement and extend a huge amount of thanks on behalf of the entire park. The park management has asked us to remind all tenants that we are now approaching the time when we should all be planning for winter. This is a good time to have your gutters cleaned, trees trimmed away from gutters, and any leaks repaired. Some residents have been encroaching upon the rights of others by carelessly parking in areas specifically designated as "No Parking". Please have courtesy for your neighbors and do not park in areas designated as "No Parking". Please also make certain your guests understand that they should not park in these areas either. A reminder that, not all cul-de-sacs are meant for guest parking. The smaller cul-de-sacs, with an area for only about two vehicles, are meant as a maneuvering area for the end homes. If that area is blocked by parked vehicles, those homeowners are left with no way to get out of their driveways. Although this is meant as a gentle reminder, the park management does have a towing service available for those residents that find yourselves inconvenienced by repeat offenders. When making complaints, the park requires the make, model, and license number of the offending vehicle. Please be aware that there will be some new signs going up within the next few weeks, designating additional handicapped parking and no parking areas. Please watch for these signs. Now that the children (and teens) are back in school, it is time again for the parents to remind their kids not to trespass in the yards of other residents. Many children (and teens) use the lawns of other residents as a shortcut and end up damaging the grass and other vegitation. Please remind your kids to respect the property of other residents by walking only on designated public walkways. ![]() ![]() |
